1000 Deaths | Exterior Environments

1000 Deaths features many varied mind-bending arcade levels, but much of it's narrative is explored in these locations.

Sleepy Nowherestown is where the adventure begins, and players are given the option to travel to other locales as the story opens up to them. Bright and sunny Jollywood Outer borders the glamourous and bustling Jollywood City, and Levity Falls betrays it's namesake as a dark and moody backdrop for rock concerts and moonlight confessions.

As the Art Lead and sole full-time artist on this 1000 Deaths, I was responsible for the majority of the concepting, layout, and design in all aspects of the game. The world of 1000 Deaths is set in an alien universe that takes inspiration from both ancient and modern Indian culture.
